When will my item arrive?
For UK customers, the following is a guide to when your order will arrive:
Economy 2nd Class Mail – 2 to 5 working days
Expedited 1st Class Mail – 1 to 2 working days
Next Working Day – 24 hour delivery (excluding Sat or Sun)
For International customers:
Europe – 4 to 10 working days
Rest of the World – 7 to 14 working days*
* This is only a guide, some countries have strict custom control which means orders can be delayed. If you experiencing a problem, please contact us and we can help you with tracking.
Has my item been despatched?
Orders paid for before 4pm Monday to Friday are usually sent same day. Orders outside these hours are usually sent next working day.
I was out when the goods arrived, where is my order?
Please note that some items may not fit through a standard letterbox and some items require a signature. In this case goods may be held at your local sorting office. Please contact the sorting office to rearrange a delivery time. The postman should leave a card but in our experience goods are often held even if you did not get a card.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do ship internationally to almost every country. Simply type your shipping address at checkout and options will be provided for available shipping services.
Are my payment details secure?
We use only the most secure payment handlers for your orders (PayPal Checkout, PayPal Smart Payments & Sage Pay). We do not have access to any of your payment or PayPal details, this information is only held by the payment handlers who have some of the most secure systems in the world.
